Adrian Rogers - Chief  Executive                                                                                        

Experience:

Adrian has been CEO of the Chiltern Learning Trust since July 2015. Prior to that he was Headteacher for thirteen years at the three times outstanding Robert Bloomfield Academy and Executive Principal in a Multi Academy Trust.  Since 2005, Adrian has also been an executive head and a National Leader of Education.  Adrian also established and led the innovative Central Beds Teaching School which grew to 138 school partners.

Lorraine Hughes - Director of Teaching School and Standards

Experience:

Lorraine was previously a Deputy Headteacher for 8 years where she was instrumental in transforming the standards of the school.  She has gained significant experience though a range of leadership roles and from teaching for twenty years across different Luton and Hertfordshire schools.

Karen Bateman - Director of Training and Professional Development

Experience:

Karen has worked in a Luton school for the last 20 years and was part of its' journey from Good to Outstanding as a Middle and then Senior Leader. Prior to becoming a Deputy Head, she led the Chiltern Training Group SCITT, an outstanding  provider of Initial Teacher Training and was also the Training School lead.

Leading on teaching and learning

Ensuring that professional development and staff appraisal support high quality outcomes

Creating systems and processes for effective  leadership and management

 

Chris Gill - CTG Course Tutor

Experience:

Chris worked within schools for many years before managing school improvement and CPD for the Local Authority.  He has been on the Senior Leadership team at Denbigh High School since 2010 and has led the Chiltern Teaching School Alliance (CTSA) from 2011 - 2016 and the Chiltern Training Group (CTG) (SCITT) from 2015 - 2017.

Experience and understanding of how large and complex structures work

The effective use of staff development to ensure improved outcomes for children

Bori Woulds - CTG Administrator

Experience:

Bori has worked in many different areas in her 20 years administration career.  Most recently she spent almost 10 years as a project assistant helping to boost the UK's renewable industry before joining the Trust in May 2017.  She has been instrumental in the start of the Primary ITT course.

Adaptability
